This is the best system to prevent the appearance of pests in your crop, or to fight against them and keep insect populations under control. They are also suitable for organic farming as they do not affect the plant or its production. For effective control, they should be placed at the height of the plant and approximately 1 trap for every 2 or 3 plants. For effective control, as a general rule, 3 yellow traps should be applied in greenhouses of approximately 1 or 1.5 m² indoors, and 1 blue trap should be applied outdoors. Outdoors, 1 yellow trap per plant and 1 blue trap should be installed in case of thrips attack.
These self-adhesive and ecological insect-trapping tapes consist of special plastic tapes impregnated with glue on both sides which, thanks to their colour, attract the insects that are damaging the plants and when they touch the trap, they stick to the trap.
