The Pharmaceutical Freeze Dryer M removes water from plants and organic compounds while they are frozen, preserving their freshness, potency, nutritional content and appearance.
It removes water in approximately 24 hours, the fastest method of water removal, and this is very important because the longer a plant or organic compound retains water, the more likely it is to spoil and lose nutrition and potency.
It does not use heat to remove water so it is better as it does not destroy enzymes and terpenes.
It removes residual oxygen within the packaging to below 0.01%, so packaged foods are better protected against spoilage, without the need for food additives or preservatives.
